This dialog failure may add to growing tensions between Iran and Western countries that have already imposed sanctions on Tehran in recent months.

A five-member team of UN nuclear inspectors visited Iran to sort out differences with Tehran on the nuclear issue. The team was expecting Iranian officials to permit the international nuclear watchdog to visit the military site of Parchin near the capital Tehran.

IAEA has said in a statement that Iran refused to allow nuclear inspectors to visit any military sites in the country.

“It is disheartening that Iranian officials did not have concrete approach towards amicable solutions to the nuclear crisis. We had approached Tehran with a lot of hopes and wanted constructive development this time around, but unfortunately no consensus was reached,” IAEA official General Yukiya Amano said.

Meanwhile, Iran has rejected the claims made by the Western countries that it is developing atomic bombs and piling up nuclear arsenal and said that its nuclear program is directed towards development purpose and electricity generation.

Despite the agreement, doubts crop up from different quarters regarding a sustainable solution to the ongoing debt crisis. But for the moment the deal has been welcomed and considered as a step in the right direction.

Experts on the matter are of the view that Greece will certainly require more funds to tackle its debts and till the time the situation will remain grim for it.

After a long discussion among Euro zone finance ministers, a consensus has been reached on possible austerity measures to cut Greece’s debt to120.5 percent of GDP by 2020. This is the second bailout package for Athens in less than 2 years directed towards meeting a bond repayment in March.

Greece is bound to face tough time ahead as it has been seen that the adopted austerity measures have already been disliked by its people. Further protests by Greeks could worsen the situation for politicians as the unrest would examine their sincerity towards austerity drive.

The current Greek bailout deal will render extra time to the Euro zone countries in devising new measures in the coming months.

With this tie up, Yandex will tap new tweets in its search results almost in no time.

Among various social media tools, Twitter has been recognized as significant while delivering real-time information.

After this agreement, Yandex will have access to all the public tweets which lie in Twitter’s database.

The partnership is very much similar to the one forged between Microsoft’s search engine Bing and the social short-messaging site Twitter.

Although the global search engine giant Google has started to begin its presence felt in Russia but until now Yandex is seen comprehensively well ahead occupying more than 60 percent of search engine market.

In order to promote its own social network site Google+, the search engine giant is no more associated with Twitter for search results.

As per the data released by web metrix firm Alexa, Yandex covers the traffic of 2.8 percent of global Internet market, while Bing reaches to 3.4 percent Internet users.

More than 100 million users follow Twitter on a regular basis, while Google+ has around 90 million users.

When asked about the financial details of the deal, both Twitter and Yandex refused to give any statements.

There are growing concerns among world communities and especially in the West about Iran developing atomic bombs.

“We are expecting a fruitful and constructive discussion with Iranian administration on the issue,” Herman Nackaerts, deputy director general of the UN International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), said.

When asked about the top agendas of the prospective meet in Tehran, Nackaerts said that the prominent issue during the course of the discussion would be the Iran’s nuclear program.

Despite a positive sign that could make a strong chance for West to bring Iran to dialog table to tackle this ongoing nuclear crisis, Western countries are not hopeful enough regarding this meet and not expecting any major breakthroughs out of this.

The situation arising out of this meeting, however, will ensure if the international pressure on Tehran about its nuclear program grows further, in case dialog fails, in the coming months.

Iran ruled out the claims made by the Western countries about developing nuclear weapons, but at the same time refused to stop its uranium enrichment program causing serious concerns across West.

Tensions have multiplied several times after the US and EU imposed sanctions on Iran recently and Tehran threatening vengeance by closing the Strait of Hormuz.
